Step 2: Gather the documents below.
Original or certified copy of birth certificate
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency
Photo ID
If you are not the legal guardian of the child:
You will need:
Power of Attorney (only good for the first 30 days of enrollment) that specifically notes you have educational decision-making rights over the minor child, or
Proof from a court that you have been granted guardianship of the minor child, or
Proof from a court that you have filed a petition for guardianship of the minor child.
If you provide Power of Attorney to enroll the minor child, you will be required to provide proof of the petition of guardianship filing within 30 days of the student's enrollment date.
Step 3: Expect communication via phone call or email from Vail's enrollment coordinator within one week regarding acceptance or your waitlist number at each school listed on your application.
