PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Audio Production students learn the skills needed to work with live sound in a recording studio environment. Students work with industry-standard equipment and software to record, edit, and mix sound. Not only will you use your ear to be successful in the audio business but we will develop your marketing and entrepreneurship skills as well.

Students work to compose, mix, record and edit sounds and music and produce a finished piece that they can upload and get web exposure.

Student can learn to play an instrument

This program prepares students for certification in Pro Tools, but the focus is on students developing professional sound portfolios.
