We are looking for staff and community members to mentor middle and high school students in the Vail School District!! Our mentoring program, Check & Connect, is available at eight middle and high schools across Vail. We are looking for mentors to meet with students on campus, during the school day, to help support them on their academic journey, celebrating successes and empowering them through problem solving and goal setting.
The commitment is for one academic year, one day a week to help make a difference in the lives of our young people. To be a part of Check & Connect, you need to sign up and complete a
Check & Connect Mentor Training, fill out a Vail School District Volunteer Application, and complete a Mentor Interest Form.
If you have any further questions, please reach out to our Check & Connect District Coordinator, Ginny Graves at 520-879-2073.
